Sheep Cheese wIth Rosemary





Sheep cheese covered with Rosemary is pasteurized sheep’s milk cheese from Pamplona in North Spain. The cheese is coated in high-grade olive oil, then rosemary, permeating both flavors into the cheese. The firm interior has aromas of fresh herbs with a rich, deep pepperiness to it.

A 10% discount is applied for whole wheels.

The Rind should be removed before consuming as it’s inedible.
